Notice of Temporary Suspension of STONEWARE ROUND Sales

We regret to inform you that we are temporarily suspending sales of our product, STONEWARE ROUND, effective immediately.

This decision was made due to a small number of reports indicating that the product may crack when exposed to hot water.

In order to ensure that we deliver products of the highest quality and safety standards to our valued customers, we have decided to suspend sales while we conduct further testing and analysis.

We will announce the resumption of sales once a date has been determined.

The STONEWARE series (with the exception of the ROUND model) remain available for purchase.
