Order expiration

We will hold your order for 7 days after the date it's placed. If they payment for your order has not been completely made, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Damaged/faulty products

If an item is faulty or damaged when it arrives, please contact us at info@moheim.com within 7 days after you receive your order. We will happy to help you. Please also understand that we don't accept returns or refunds unless it is damaged or faulty products.

Price and payment

You can use your credit card or PayPal to make the payment on store.moheim.com.

Shipping and handling charges (included customs charge or any taxes required to import goods from Japan which depend on countries) are not included in the listed price. Shipping charges are clearly indicated during the ordering process.

Please note that some countries may charge you applicable tariffs and customs fees when receiving your packages. In that case, please understand that you will be responsible for the payments.

Return date

Return postage
