HORN
While it is a wall clock composed of only the minimum necessary parts, a sense of volume as a timepiece is achieved through the "thinness of the frame," the "expansive angle," and the "depth of the profile," creating a balanced overall design.
The frame, which offers a sense of solid stability reminiscent of clocks found in stations and schools yet with a lightweight finish, is created using the highly skilled hera-shibori metal spinning technique of Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata in Japan. To ensure high visibility, the dial design was repeatedly reconsidered, and the printing was applied to the back of the transparent acrylic to create a sense of three-dimensional depth.
HORN captivates those who see it through the harmony of tradition and contemporary design. With a silent movement that eliminates noise, it is also suitable for spaces such as bedrooms and studies. Regardless of where it is used, its quiet presence blends seamlessly into any interior.
- The movement, hands, and dial design have undergone a minor update, resulting in a cleaner and smarter impression.
- As existing stock runs out, the product will gradually be replaced by the renewed model. (The "gray / white" and "gray / gray" models have already transitioned.)
- With this renewal, the "copper / white" and "navy / white" models will be discontinued once the current stock is sold out.
